If you are struggling with bluetooth connectivity, you can perform the following checks to resolve potential issues.
To check the bluetooth antenna is working
- Install this app LightBlue® on the App Store or LightBlue® — Bluetooth LE - Apps on Google Play
- Put the sensor on the charger and wait for the LED to flash

Open the app and on the peripherals tab you should hopefully see CORE XX:XX if the sensor is working.
