Connecting your Garmin Account to the CORE account
Overview
You can connect your Garmin Account to your CORE account to sync your data. Once set up, your CORE data will automatically sync to your CORE account as soon as the activities are uploaded. This can be regarded as a convenient backup to the normal CORE app data synchronization.
There are currently some technical limitations that lead to a failure of data synchronization. We have noted that on some Garmin devices, deactivating the backward compatibility option in the Connect IQ data field settings resolves the sync issues. If this does not help, we recommend to keep synchronizing with the CORE app.
How to connect your Garmin account
Click on the profile icon top left in the app
Navigate to "Account"
Click on "Garmin"
Note that a Garmin account can only be connected to one CORE account.
How to revoke the Garmin account connection
The Garmin account connection can only be removed on your Garmin account under the account information section in your Garmin account settings. Follow the guides from Garmin if needed.
