CORE can be shipped to most countries that do not have any embargoes or sanctions, that limit deliveries.
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and local bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been fulfilled.
- Please double-check your shipping address as we may not be able to change a wrong address before the order is dispatched
- We are unable to cancel the order once it has been dispatched or handed off to the delivery partner
For customer convenience, we have multiple fulfilment centres around the world to enable faster shipping for you. As far as possible, we ship orders from the most appropriate fulfilment centre based on shipping destination. However at times, we may need to fulfil orders from our headquarters in Switzerland. This may result in additional time for delivery as well as potential customs and/or import duties for which the customer will be liable. Any increase in the shipping costs will be covered by CORE.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout. Most of the shipping rates depend on your location and value of your shopping basket.
ORDER STATUS
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to max 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
VAT / SALES TAX RATES
Orders from Switzerland are fulfilled by our offices in Switzerland and will automatically have Sales Tax / VAT charged at the checkout.
Orders from the EU are fulfilled by our fulfillment partner in the Netherlands and will automatically have Sales Tax / VAT charged at the checkout.
Orders from the UK are fulfilled by our fulfillment partner in the UK and will automatically have VAT charged at the checkout.
Orders in the United States: Customers in Ohio will have a 5.75% sales tax applied to their orders. Customers in New Jersey will have a 6.625% sales tax applied to their orders.
Orders from countries outside any of the aforementioned regions will have no VAT / Sales Tax charged at the checkout. When the delivery is imported, the Sales Tax / VAT (along with customs import fees) are usually applied and payable. In most countries, no extra steps / action is required, customers are informed directly by the postal or customs services of these costs.
The Sales Tax / VAT rates are based on the shipping address and are regulated by the legislation of each country individually.
