Should you wish to return, give away or sell your sensor we advise you to follow these steps:
Clear the sensor memory
Use the magnetic end of the charging cable to reboot the sensor. This will delete any data which is saved to the onboard memory.

Unpair connected heart rate monitors
In the sensor settings menu, click on the heart icon | A list of currently paired heart rate monitors (HRM) will be displayed | Click on each paired HRM and confirm you wish to remove |
Remove CORE Sensor from CORE Account
This step is important as the CORE sensor can only be connected to one account at a time. If you fail to remove from your account, any future owner will receive notification in their app that the sensor already has
