To which countries can CORE be shipped?

CORE can be shipped to most countries that do not have embargoes or sanctions. We have multiple fulfillment centers around the world to enable faster shipping for you.

In many countries there are distributors and resellers.

There is no shipping to Russia, Belarus and North Korea. Due to the war in the Ukraine, shipping is presently not possible.

How long does delivery take?

We aim to process/fulfill orders within one working day and work with shipping providers in Europe, the USA and Australia to ensure swift delivery times.

Deliveries are sent with priority / fast shipping however orders can be typically transferred to national delivery suppliers and customs where delays can occur.

Tracking also also provided though the accuracy can vary from country to country when deliveries are transferred to other delivery partners or are held by customs services or delivery services without status updates.

Signed delivery options are available in most regions. This is recommended if you live in a residence with a communal postal reception area or if there is potential for packages to go missing.

USA and Canada

Orders from customers in these countries will typically be dispatched from the US fulfilment centre in Ohio. From experience, orders usually arrive within 1 week.

European Union
We dispatch from the Netherlands and typically orders arrive within 1 week.

However, we have noted significant delays for deliveries to some countries in which the shipping provider and local postal services hold the items, significantly delaying delivery without providing any updates.

Europe- Non EU
For Eastern European (non-EU) deliveries, these may take up to 2 weeks. However, local postal services can delay delivery up to 4 weeks.

United Kingdom
For orders from the United Kingdom, we ship from a UK fulfilment facility. We usually ship on the same day or following work day (depending on the time of order) and deliveries to the UK are sent as 'Royal Mail Tracked 24"

Australia and New Zealand
We dispatch orders from our Australia shipping centre in Adelaide and typically Australian orders arrive within 2 - 3 days.

New Zealand is shipped with DHL and typically delivered within 1 week.

Asia, South Africa and South/Central America
Delivery times can vary significantly depending on the country of destination - the delivery times impacted by local postal services. Based on our experience, these are reasonable expectations for delivery times.

Hong Kong: 7 days delivery
Japan: 5 to 10 days delivery
China: 17 days delivery
South Africa: 8 days delivery
South & Central America: 5 to 10 days delivery

Rest of the World
Delivery times vary significantly depending on the country of destination. You are welcome to contact us (use the green contact option on the bottom right) and ask if our team if an estimate can be provided for delivery to your location.

Where are CORE deliveries shipped from?

CORE is shipped and supported around the world. Currently we ship from the following locations:

  • Switzerland

  • Netherlands

  • United States of America, Ohio

  • Australia

  • United Kingdom

Are there ongoing license or subscription fees?

The purchase of a standard CORE sensor is a one-time only cost. The CORE App (to synchronize and analyse data) has no cost.

Using the CORE sensor in China?

The CORE sensor works all over the world however and transmits live data to paired devices.

The CORE App app does work in China however the app uses a google hosted cloud database which is blocked in China. This means that measurement data can not be synchronized and saved.

A VPN service can be used to allow the CORE App to work properly and synchronize and save measurement data.

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and local bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been fulfilled.
